Cancellation & Refund Policy for Partial Payments

Cancellation Before Shipment
- If you cancel your order before shipment, ₹99 will be deducted as a processing fee, and the remaining ₹100 will be refunded. This fee covers payment gateway charges and administrative costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Rejected Orders at Delivery
- If you reject the order upon delivery, the upfront payment of ₹199 will not be refunded, as it covers shipping and administrative expenses.

Failed Delivery Attempts
- In case of failed delivery due to unavailability or incorrect address, we offer a redelivery option for an additional fee. Alternatively, the order will be canceled, and the ₹199 upfront payment will not be refunded.
Important Notice Regarding Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
While COD orders are convenient, there have been instances of misuse where customers deny placing orders at delivery. To ensure genuine customers are prioritized, we have implemented the following measures:-
Order Confirmation for COD
- After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation request via WhatsApp, SMS, or email within 3 days.
- If the order is not confirmed during this time, it will be deemed canceled, and a cancellation message will be sent to your contact details.

Reinstating Genuine Orders
- If your order is mistakenly canceled due to non-confirmation, please contact us at support@merrynapparels.in, and we will assist in processing your order promptly.

Incomplete Address Policy
- Ensure your address details are accurate and complete. COD orders with incomplete addresses may not be fulfilled.
